We have a 30 day Refund and Returns Policy for all non-custom print purchases. This means that any purchases (excluding custom print jobs) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, send us a message via the Contact Us page, or email us at [email protected] along with your Order number and the tracking number for the returned item.

Please include as much detail as possible when mailing your return to us, including name and order numbers if applicable.

All returns are subject to inspection before being approved at the sole discretion of the seller.

In some cases, a full refund may not be granted, including when:

  • There are obvious signs of tampering or use of the product;
  • The product is no longer in its sealed condition;
  • The product is no longer in a state that allows for it to be re-sold;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using tracking when returning any items to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Issues, Defects or Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
